Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited ("GLIF" or the "Company")

Announcement of Dividend

The Directors of GLIF have today declared a dividend of 1p per share for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register on 28 January 2011 and will be payable on 11 February 2011.
