Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited

("GLIF" of the "Company")

Dealing by Investment Manager

On 16 January 2013 the Company was notified that Saul Rosenthal, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the Company's Investment Manager, disposed of 32,000 ordinary shares for nil consideration as a donation to charitable causes.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Rosenthal's holding is now 689,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
