Change in Regulatory Status

Further to GLI's announcement on 17 February 2015 of the Company's application to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission ("GFSC") to change its regulatory status, GLI confirms that, with effect from 27 March 2015, the Company ceased to be authorised by the GFSC as an Authorised Collective Investment Scheme and has been registered with the GFSC as a Non-regulated Financial Services Business.
