SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES - ADDITIONAL LISTING

The GLI Board wishes to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

 

Dividend period:

1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015

Dividend amount per share:

1.25 pence

Scrip dividend price per share:

50.38 pence

Payment date/Allotment of scrip:

29 December 2015

Number of new shares to be issued:

357,499

 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 357,499 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading. These ordinary shares are to be issued as a scrip dividend alternative to receiving a cash dividend in respect of the dividend for the third quarter of 2015. Dealings are expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on 29 December 2015.

 

On admission of the scrip dividend shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 214,917,364 ordinary shares. Following the admission of the Placing Shares (as defined in the announcement released by the Company on 21 December 2015) on or around 31 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 229,917,364 ordinary shares.
