Publication of Circular & Notice of EGM
The Board of GLI wishes to announce that, following the Company's announcement on 9 August 2016, the Company has today published a circular in connection with the proposed issue of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Circular"). As described in the Circular, GLI will also seek shareholder approval to disapply pre-emption rights in respect of the issue of up to 10 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company is therefore given, with the meeting to be held at the Company's registered office at 11.30am on 16th September 2016 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving the proposals described in the 9 August 2016 announcement. A copy of the Circular, including a notice convening the EGM, which has been posted to shareholders, is also available to view on the Company's website at www.glifinance.com.
