Listing of Corporate Bonds
Following the issue of £10 million of 7% unsecured bonds due 2021 by the Company as part consideration for the acquisition of Sancus (Gibraltar) Limited in June 2016 (the "Bonds"), the Company is pleased to confirm that application has been made to the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange ("CSX") for the admission of the Bonds to the Official List of the CSX.
Admission to the Official list of the CSX is expected to take place on 2 November 2016 under the ISIN GG00BD3D4M60. The Bonds were constituted by an instrument entered into by the Company on 30 June 2016 and remain subject to the terms and conditions described therein.
